They often use their busy schedule as a reason not to handle something. They may start many projects, but they fail to follow through.

Some procrastinators are afraid of failure, so difficult tasks are often not completed. If they feel like they will mess up a task, they will continually push it aside. Some people will procrastinate on a project without even trying it first. To overcome procrastination, you need to stop living in denial. In order to do this, you have to realize that you are responsible for your life.

Overcoming procrastination takes a lot time and effort. Don't tell yourself that being productive isn't for you, just buckle down and handle everything thrown your way.
