  • The stingray sting can be removed by tweezers, but make sure the stinger does not injure you.
  • The wounded area can be cleaned and disinfected with soap and water.
  • If the wound is major, or there is a pain, the venom might be absorbed into the body. Hence, arrange for getting a medical facility as soon as possible.
  • The pain killer can be given for temporary relief, only if that suits the person.

A stingray injury must be checked by a doctor. But at first, the injured person must be rescued and removed safely from the water. The first aid measures should be started at home and then a medical evaluation is also required.
