  • Companies show that they do not have enough capital to carry out the change management process. Change management does not mean you have to use expensive tools to carry out the process. It can involve simple flowcharts and to track the overall change performance.
  • They lack the expertise in training the staff for the change process. A good plan may not even need training for the staff.
  • They are scared of the change. They are used to the network configuration and do not want any change to occur because it is comfortable for them, and they do not want to get out of the comfort zone.
  • They think their network is superior and it does not require any change since it is working well for them so that they will stick to it.
  • They think it is a time-consuming process.
