It’s True! Valentines’s Day for Men on March 14
"No candy," he might say, but who obey this request has sometimes sentenced some logical and straight-forward to a few days in the dog house. According to Mark Twain, "Love is the irresistible desire to be desired intolerable," and is probably more fitting quote on Valentines Day than any other day of the year. Traditional Valentines Day gifts, such as chocolates and flowers tend to provide assurance that the relationship is on the balancer; that despite the changes brought by time - the original miracle of the early years still remain. Of course, Valentines Day, as a romantic getaway along with chocolates and other gifts currently associated with it, not really developed in the United States until the mid 20th century.
In fact, the legend that goes all the way back to the Roman era paint quite a different picture of this holiday and the drive for it. Actually there are three different versions of the original Saint Valentine was, and he was noted for behavior, except that in all he is hailed as a martyr. Clearly, Valentine's Day has grown considerably. It is the second most commercial holiday next to Christmas, and some complain that it has become too commercialized. However, approximately one billion Valentine cards are sent out each year, even in this digital age. clear thinking green and sustainable out the window for at least this one day. It is understandable.
After all, something meaningful as beautiful and touching card from the most important person in your life needs to be cherished, and email just does not measure up as a family heirloom potential. Between order florist, massive sales of all varieties of chocolates, teddy bears and jewelery, February retail sales often reflect that today still is important to not-to-be missed (if not avoid (or forget) at your own risk) opportunity for couples to set aside time to show their love and commitment to one another.
