Why should you consume non-GMO capsules?

So, you’ve recently heard about non-GMO capsules and thought to yourself, is that even a thing? Well, it is and is highly beneficial as well. Genetically modified foods are engineered using chemical preservatives to make them last longer and increase their shelf-life. However, these food materials are not as fresh as it looks. Foods are beneficial to the body only as long as they are fresh. So, you will be consuming fresh foods packed with all the healthy nutrients and nourishment.
