We would like to take a moment to address the current Coronavirus concerns that are affecting our nation. First of all, please know our thoughts are with anyone who is currently being affected by the virus, is having to quarantine or is facing economic concerns.
Our office is committed to helping protect the members of our community. We have always taken health and cleanliness very seriously in our office, especially with the understanding many of our clients are in high-risk categories. We will maintain our current cleaning schedule along with cleaning in between each client this includes cleaning desks, chairs and sanitizing pens. Some other precautions that we will be implementing:
* Spacing out appointments,
* Offering more services with phone appointments for individuals who do not want to come in or who are feeling ill,
* Scheduling times for pick-ups or follow-ups instead of the normal walk-in guidance, in order to have fewer people in the lobby at once,
* We will be greeting clients with smiles instead of handshakes.
We do not feel at this time our office needs to shut down. In fact, we know many individuals will be having questions, especially in regards to health insurance or saving money on current insurance policies, and need us available. We do, however, understand it is the responsibility as a local business to help protect our employees and customers and we will work hard to do so.
