We perform assembly of electronic components on printed circuits, based on the IPC-610 standard, having sufficient experience in SMT (Surface Mount) and TH (Through-hole) components , we also have a professional oven for SMT and an additional service for the realization of card test at the end of the assembly. ABOUT THE SERVICE:
The paste to solder components will serve you for some repair or re-work, this is compatible with the processes of manual soldering or reflow oven, also due to its composition offers the possibility of No-Clean, allowing a cleaner process at the same time with a brighter and more aesthetic finish. The texture of the paste allows a uniform application so that the risk of shorts is minimized. It is also compatible for paste printing in manual mode and with a semi-automatic machine. The product consists of a 30cc Syringe which comes in 2 presentations, Tin / Lead paste and RHOS (Sn42Bi58) with a low melting point. The syringe is shipped packaged with Refrigerant Gel to keep it cool and retain its properties during transport.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
The PR800 is a micro-processor based reflow oven, it is easy to use since its soldering process is fully automatic. The user interface is simple through a graphical screen in which the heating curves are observed during the selected reflux cycle. This oven allows safe soldering and component handling techniques: SMD, BGA, QFN, SOP, PLCC, QFP and other electronic devices mounted on printed circuit. Also, it works to correct incorrect solder spots, remove or replace poorly soldered components.
