What Is A Body Vibration Machine?

Modern problems require modern solutions. You probably must have heard this proverb many times before. However, never would you have thought about it the way I do. “Modern problems” require “modern solutions.” It means all the problems that we face today need to be solved by modern, probably using technology as possible without it.

However, what happens to the problems before us, which has always been there and will remain until we don’t go extinct. In talking about a health-related problem such as obesity, depression, etc.

What are the current solution apart from the conventional dated ones?

A novel device has started to trend in some countries where technology is prevalent—being referred to as Whole-body Vibration or a dual vibration machine. It is a generic term given to vibration of any frequency transferred from a device to the human body.

We generally are exposed to numerous vibrating throughout our daily lives. Consider the seat of your car constantly shaking on the road or traveling on the train. However, are they any use they use? I guess not. A kind of vibrating device that is beneficial for us in considerable sway is the drilling machine. No, in kidding. These are the dual vibration machine.

What are vibrating thingies?

Dual motion vibration machine training is the deliberate exposure to the frequencies using certain joint angles for a limited period.  It is also known as dual vibrating machine weight loss programs.

How it began

The predecessor of vibration training is rhythmic neuromuscular stimulation (RNS). The technique was tested on turkeys in the hope it could bring any positives changes. Gradually it started to be tested on humans as soon as technology permitted to lift over 40 kegs.

Training Effects

This vibration has been proven to provides great health benefits, including decreased resting heart rate and blood pressure and improved cardiac function. It is also reported to reduce back pain. In 2018, a meta-analysis was performed, which showed that these dual motion vibration could improve bone material density in the lumbar spine and femoral neck of women younger than 65.

Also, tidy showed a specific range of frequency to improve balance and muscle strength of several muscle groups in the legs.

The types of vibrating platform

High energy linear: the most common types commonly found in gyms and training areas. The direction of the vibrating is upwards.

Premium Speed Pivotal: it is used for physiotherapy work at lower speeds and exercise workouts at premium speeds. It is available for both home and commercial.

Medium energy lineal; the majority of the lineal platform produced these are made of plastic and can be of low quality

Low-speed pivotal units: it has the same principles as the pivotal model, but the speed is limited to a certain frequency in this type.

There is a bright future for such devices, specially in the health care industry where technology keeps on booming and solving all modern and old problems.
