Originally referred to as a strolling band or wandering musicians, these days they are fondly referred to as a Roaming band and are a fashionable favourite for outdoor garden parties and larger indoor corporate events, also celebrations and tipi style weddings. So, what is a roaming band? At Music8 Agency our professional and experienced roaming bands are acoustic musicians that perform unamplified, the advantage being they can start performing immediately, removing the need for any setup and fine-tuning time. Great or small events can take advantage, from large corporate conventions and conferences to intimate garden parties, the flexibility is immense. Often favoured by many a tipi style wedding, the roaming band will saunter and stroll amidst your delighted crowd of guests who will quickly join in singing and dancing.

At Music8 Agency our roaming bands usually perform 2 x 45 minutes shows with a comfort break in between as is standard, but timings can be adjusted to suit your needs, 2 x 60 minutes is often requested. 

At Music8 Agency you will be spoilt for choice from a solo acoustic singer up to a 4 or 5 piece band including vocals, acoustic guitars and snare drum double bass is usual.
