What you need to know about Cisco CCNA Training Program

The Cisco CCNA Training Program will provide you with the essential knowledge to design, install, configure, secure, and operate routed LAN (Enterprise Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) networks.

Cisco CCNA training has been in existence since 1997 in partnership with Cisco Systems Inc. and the education industry. Today, the CCNA is a network training program present in more than 180 countries around the world. The CNA is a global education program in networking and Internet technologies. Through a curriculum of approximately 320 hours, the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification, which is a program of the CNA, delivers the experience necessary to allow students or people in retraining to acquire the knowledge to design, implement and maintain a local or wide area computer network. CCNA training is primarily designed for participants in the Cisco® Networking Academy® program who are looking to acquire professional information and communication technology (ICT) skills, gain quick access to a first job, and advance in their career.

This training places a special emphasis on hands-on practice thanks to a bundle (set of training equipment acquired at the opening of the academy and regularly renewed) to the school's network that meets all standards. It is a training that combines the practice of network design, development and implementation, ensuring convergence between IT and Telecom through the CNA (Cisco Networking Academy) program. CISCO training is a globally recognized training and the diplomas obtained are valid regardless of the country in which you want to work.

Cisco CCNA Exploration

The Cisco CCNA Exploration curriculum provides comprehensive and integrated coverage of networking topics, from fundamentals to advanced applications and services. The program teaches technology-based networking, covering networking concepts using a top-down, theoretical approach. CCNA Exploration is designed for students with problem solving and advanced analytical skills. Interactive activities are integrated into the curriculum, as well as detailed, theoretical content.

At the end of the first two courses of the CCNA Discovery curriculum: Home and Small Business Networks and Working in a Small Business or Internet Service Provider, each participant has the opportunity to take the CCENT™ certification exam for junior network technicians. The CCENT exam certifies the practical skills required for entry-level ICT positions. In addition, this certification demonstrates the ability and know-how required for a participant to work in an environment that includes Cisco network devices and software. Upon completion of the four CCNA Discovery modules, participants will be ready to take the CCNA certification exam.
