To start shooting, turn on your phone to the default video mode and point the camera up and away from your target. Hold the camera up as high as you comfortably can without fumbling and turning your neck or arm. Look through the viewfinder and take a look at your subject, while checking for any blurring or clouding of the lens. Squint your eyes as you aim the camera downward, until the camera detects light. You should be able to see fine details with your eyes closed.

Hold your hand up to point the camera at your target, while asking the camera to scan your hands. When the camera notices your fingers, it will automatically freeze in place. Then, begin to move your arms in a steady motion. Make sure to keep the camera steady, by holding it steady in one spot.

While the video is playing, make sure to focus on your target every time. The more you focus on your target, the better you will be able to see your target. To make sure that you are seeing your target properly, make sure to look both ways. Look at the target from the front, the side and the back. Ask yourself if you can see the target perfectly. Do not look at the target from the wrong angle.

You should use the camera controls while watching the videos. To change the focus and pan, touch the buttons on the camera's monitor. The 360-degree feature of these videos will require that you hold the phone horizontal to the target, rather than upward. This makes it easier to move the camera.
