Children are an imporant asset to our society. Their nourishment is our obligatory job. It’s a sensitive issue because our future depends on it. We just have to prepare them in such a way that if they take control of the reins of impending future, the transition should be smooth.

With the rapid advent of the internet, ample avenues for learning are uncovered which not only challenge the traditional norms of schooling but also demand our attention and control our it. The knowledge and information, which were once not easily accessible without a struggle of going to the library or without the consultation of an expert, are suddenly available in our mids.

Educational content is now being broadcasted easily through the high-speed internet to anywhere between urban to suburban. According to the neuroscience research and other similar researchers, it is has been proven that children are born in some way and another, creative. As a teacher or parent, we can add the following methods as an extension of our teaching methodology or curriculums to spur creativity in our future heroes.

Blogging is one of a great way to help the development of imaginative thinking and inscription skills in students. Especially for those students which are naturally blessed with reading or writing intellect. You may wonder, isn’t this side of education is covered by the homework?  It is true that giving them home tasks can help them. However, blogging will act as a catalyst in the skills upbringing because they will get the freedom to write anything and vent out their ideas without worrying about grades and grammatical errors. If a school teacher is a blogger than they can also involve their students by asking their student as a side activity to engage on the blog by commenting on teacher’s posts. Few free blogging platforms for teachers and students are Moodle, Blogger, or Wordpress etc.

Video and Audio tools

This is one of the best ways to trigger creativity in visual and auditory learners. Mostly visual learners have trouble learning from long lecture-based classes. They ending up (in some cases) learning nothing and getting subjugated in creativity. The reason behind this lag in some visual and auditory students is that their intelligence in their respective learning style is ignored. Digital technology is in their favor because it provides them a chance to flare out their creativity too. Bringing the use of presentation projector and high-speed internetis one of the reasons classes became attractive for these type of students.

Consequently, there is a step up in the use of digital video and tutorial creation tools that help students learning and teachers teaching. Students can now show creativity in making their own videos and present them among their fellow peers. Digital audio creation tools and Personal digital assistants devices (PDA) are equally noteworthy. Google has recently launched its YouTube Kids for the sake of children. Including it in a child's daily usage can be helpful in extracting out the creativity in children.

In the previous generation of digital technologies, reading on a screen was considered a harmful act which strained the eyes of the reader. Now with advanced forms of screen technologies, reading has become easy. A child can access a lot of eBooks and reference material which will help them to become create thinker and knowledgeable.

Moreover, games are helpful for all 4 types of learners in implements in the right direction. It ignites the interaction and imagination which can be molded into creativity. It can be advantageous in many ways if it effects are studied and become the part of child controlled extra curriculum activity.
